01Acceptance

doggievillemtl.com (the “site”) is operated by Doggieville MTL, 3824 Rue Saint-Patrick, Montréal, Québec H4E 1A4. By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Information on the site

We work hard to keep prices, hours, requirements and service descriptions accurate and current. They may change without notice, and errors can happen. The price and conditions confirmed in our booking system when you book are the ones that apply. If a price displayed is clearly wrong, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel without fees.

Information on the site about dog health, behaviour or care is general and does not replace advice from your veterinarian.

03Client accounts and bookings

Sign-up, sign-in and bookings are handled through a third-party booking platform linked from the site. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity in your account. Bookings and services are governed by our Terms of Service and by the booking platform’s own terms.

04Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Submit false information or impersonate someone else.
• Send spam, viruses or harmful code, or attempt to access parts of the site or our systems you are not authorized to use.
• Copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site by automated means.
• Use the site in a way that could damage, overload or disrupt it.

05Intellectual property

The site and its content (text, photos, videos, illustrations, logos, page design and software) belong to Doggieville MTL or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Doggieville MTL, Sam’s Lodge, DV Playcare, Chloe’s Spaw, Yoda’s Splash, Ruby Café MTL, Lola’s Corner, “Où le bonheur règne” and “Unleash the happiness” are trademarks of Doggieville MTL.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including copying, modifying, publishing or using our names or logos, requires our prior written permission.

06Content you send us

When you send us reviews, photos, videos, comments or other content, or tag us on social media, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you give Doggieville MTL a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish it in connection with our business, with credit where reasonable. You may ask us at any time to stop using your content in future publications. We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated.

07Links and third-party services

The site links to services we do not control, including our booking platform, Instagram, Facebook, Google and map services. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

08No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Doggieville MTL is not liable for damage resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the site, from reliance on its content, or from third-party sites and services linked from it. This does not limit liability for bodily or moral injury, for intentional or gross fault, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Québec law, including the Consumer Protection Act.

10Your responsibility

You are responsible for the consequences of any breach of these Terms of Use by you and agree to compensate Doggieville MTL for losses, costs and claims resulting from such a breach, to the extent permitted by law.

11Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of the judicial district of Montréal, without limiting any right a consumer has to sue in the district where they live.

12Changes and contact
