Hotel doesn’t take dogs? Book a few nights at our dog hotel, 10 minutes from downtown. Or put a whole trip together: everything is under one roof, with free parking and a bilingual team.

A little preparation before the trip makes drop-off quick. Do these from home, then bring your dog straight to us when you arrive.

Create your client profile

Dogs over 11 months must be spayed or neutered (exceptions on request). Travelling with a cat too? We also offer cat boarding and grooming; call to book.

  1. Create your profile and upload vaccinesOpen your client profile online and upload your dog’s records. Boarding and daycare need Bordetella (within 6 months), DA2PP/DHPP and rabies; grooming needs DH2PP and rabies.
  2. Plan the behaviour evaluationEvery dog has a one-time behaviour evaluation ($80) before a first stay or daycare day. Call or email us before your trip so we can plan it around your arrival.
  3. Book early for busy datesDecember 20 to January 15, February 20 to March 15, June 15 to September 15 and long weekends are peak season, with a $20 per night surcharge on boarding.
  4. Pack for the stayBring your dog’s food in pre-portioned meals plus two extra, any medication in pill pockets, and a collar with an ID tag.

We are in Montreal’s Sud-Ouest, beside the Lachine Canal and close to Autoroutes 15 and 20, with free parking on site.

Yes. Dogs visiting from other provinces are welcome at Sam’s Lodge, our cage-free dog hotel, open 7 days a week from $70 a night with daycare included. Create your client profile online, upload your dog’s vaccine records, and contact us before your trip to plan the one-time behaviour evaluation.

Book your dog into Sam’s Lodge for the nights you need. It is a cage-free dog hotel open 7 days a week, about 10 minutes from downtown hotels, with daycare included in every stay, from $70 a night.

About 20 minutes by car without traffic. We are about 10 minutes from downtown, Gare Centrale and Old Montreal, at 3824 Rue Saint-Patrick, with free parking on site.

DV Playcare daycare runs Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Boarding, grooming, the pool and the boutique are open 7 days a week, with weekend hours of 10 am to 3 pm.

Yes. Chloe’s Spaw offers an express wash from $64.99 by appointment, and nail trims on a walk-in basis, 7 days a week.

Yes. Yoda’s Splash is a private, heated, UV-filtered indoor dog pool, open all year. A 30-minute session is $60 and an hour is $75. You swim with your dog, and no vet referral is needed.

Ruby Café MTL, inside our building, welcomes dogs inside for brunch from Friday to Sunday, 10 am to 3 pm, with homemade doggie plates on the menu. The Lachine Canal path, a few minutes away, is a lovely walk together.
