We are conveniently situated close to Autoroutes 15 and 20 as well as Autoroute du Souvenir all while still being tucked away in the Sud-Ouest neighborhood by the canal. Sam’s Lodge: our dog boarding service
DV Playcare: our dog daycare service
Chloe’s Spaw: our dog grooming salon
Ruby Café MTL: our pet-friendly café, where you can enjoy brunch with your furry baby and family
Lola’s Corner: our pet boutique
Yoda’s Splash: our private pool for furry babies and their pawrents
No more sad doggies locked in a cage for long hours. Our daily fees include:
- First call in the morning at 6:00 AM, when they go out for their potty break in our outdoor or indoor park, depending on the weather.
- After that, they are served breakfast in their rooms, and we give them 1.5 hours of relaxation time to digest their food.
- Once digestion time is over, all the furry babies join the daycare activities. Activities change depending on the day.
- During playtime in DV Playcare, the furry babies are given breaks based on their individual needs.
- During break time, the babies go to their Suites or Condominiums (depending on the room type you chose for them) to take a nap or enjoy the delicious à la carte perks from our menu, which parents can choose when making the reservation.
- After the break, the furry babies are brought back to our parks to play with their furry friends.
- Lunch is served if your furry baby eats lunch. If not, they are brought back to their rooms for dinner.
- After dinner, they are given time to digest their food.
- The last call, their final potty break of the day, is around 9:00 PM.
- After the last call, they go to bed.
There is always someone at Doggieville MTL 24/7, even at night, to take care of the furry babies.
Having your baby in our care is the highest form of trust, which is why we encourage visits to our facility. Tours are by appointment only, Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A member of our Paw Crew will be happy to show you around and walk you through the options for your furry baby’s stay.
To ensure 100% safety, we ask that you bring your baby in before their stay for a Behaviour Evaluation so we can assess their overall behaviour. This helps us identify any temperament traits that could be unsuitable at Sam’s Lodge. If all goes well, your pup is welcome to stay at our resort!
(For last-minute emergency trips, we’re always happy to make an exception to the Behaviour Evaluation if your furry baby is dog- and human-friendly.)
A one-time $80 evaluation fee applies per dog.
Last-minute cancellation (less than 2 business days before service): $60 cancellation fee (per dog).
Advanced cancellation (more than 3 business days before service): no cancellation fee.
In both cases, deposits are not refunded. The amount paid will be credited to the customer’s account and may be used on any future transactions for all our services, except Ruby’s Café.
Early returns/changes after service has begun: no refund or credit.
