The dog behind the name

Meet Chloé, the belly-rub queen behind our salon

Chloé is half Poodle, half Bichon, with a big heart, a few missing teeth and a real talent for getting dirty.

Chapter 1
Rescued from Ecuador
Chloé grew up on the streets of Ecuador, where she chewed on rocks to get by. By the time we rescued her, she had broken several of her teeth.
Chapter 2
A pro at belly rubs
Her signature move: she rolls onto her back and waits for belly rubs. She asks for them every chance she gets.
Chapter 3
Always a little dirty
Chloé loves to sniff around, so she never stays clean for long. When Tatiana was choosing a name for the grooming salon, Chloé was the perfect candidate.

Today she is our VIP client and gets her blueberry facial every week.

How to book a grooming appointment

Booking a groom at Chloe’s Spaw takes four steps: create your client profile, upload your dog’s vaccines, choose a service, then drop off at the resort.

Create your profile
Sign up on our client portal and add your details, your dog’s details and a photo of each of you.

Upload vaccines
Upload your dog’s DH2PP and rabies records to the portal, with the expiry dates visible.

Book your groom
Choose Full Grooming or an Express Wash and your perks online, or call (514) 938-8899.

Drop off, pick up
Park for free at 3824 Rue Saint-Patrick, drop off your pup and pick up a clean, fluffy dog.

Dog grooming requirements

All dogs must be up to date on their DH2PP and rabies vaccines before a grooming appointment.

A typical full grooming session

A full grooming at Chloe’s Spaw covers bath, ears, nails, drying and a complete trim, in this order.

Welcome
Your dog is greeted by our behavioural groomer and settles into the salon.
Bath
Two shampoos and a conditioner. Hypoallergenic shampoo on request.
Ears and nails
Gentle ear cleaning and a nail trim.
Hand blow dry
A careful hand blow dry to prepare the coat for trimming.
Trim
Face trim, body trim and paw pads trim.
Pick-up
Your pup goes home clean, trimmed and soft.

On top of everything, Doggieville is a place of love for dogs. Not only is it beautifully conceived as a space for our furry friends, the minute you step in there you can witness the staff cares and enjoy their four legged guests!
