Questions

Does the gift card expire?

No. Doggieville MTL gift cards have no expiry date and no fees.

What can it be used for?

Daycare at DV Playcare, boarding at Sam’s Lodge, grooming at Chloe’s Spaw, our indoor dog pool Yoda’s Splash and Lola’s Corner boutique.

How does the person use it?

We add the gift card as a credit to their Doggieville MTL client account, the one with the email address it was sent to, within one business day. They book as usual and the credit is used when they pay; any balance stays on their account. New to Doggieville MTL? They create a client account with that email address. For a card you print or give in person, they contact us with the card number, their name and their email.

Can I choose when it arrives?

Yes. Pick any date in the next 4 months: we email it that day at 8 am, Montréal time. You get a copy with your receipt right away.

How do I check the balance?

Call 514-938-8899, email info@doggievillemtl.com or ask at the front desk.

Can I get a refund?

Gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash, except a balance of $5 or less, which we refund on request. Lost the email? We’ll send it again.

Are taxes charged?

Not when you buy the card. Taxes are charged on the services when the card is used.
