- Collect your information and set up your Doggieville MTL account
- Schedule a Behavioural Evaluation Session for your dog — a minimum 4-hour session where our Paw Crew assesses your dog’s behaviour, temperament, and energy level to assign them to the right group for boarding or daycare

Yes! Our facility tours are completely free. We want every dog parent to feel confident about where their dog will be spending their time — and seeing the facility firsthand is the best way to do that.
Each tour lasts approximately 20 minutes. We cover the entire facility, including all service areas, the boarding suites, the pool, the grooming salon, the café and the boutique.
Yes, all tours must be booked in advance through our online booking system. This ensures our team is ready to give you their complete attention during your visit.
Yes! You can absolutely bring your dog to the tour.
Yes! Children are welcome during the tour under adult supervision.
Tours are available Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Book your spot online to choose a time that works for you.
After the tour, we'll return to reception where we'll set up your Doggieville MTL account and schedule a behavioural evaluation for your dog. The evaluation is a one-time mandatory session that helps us place your dog in the right group for boarding or daycare.
The behavioural evaluation is a minimum 4-hour session where our Paw Crew assesses your dog's behaviour, temperament, and energy level. This helps us assign your dog to the right play group to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. There is a one-time mandatory fee of $80 per dog for the evaluation.
You'll see Sam's Lodge boarding suites, Condominiums, Deluxe Suites DV Playcare indoor or outdoor parks( You are not allowed to go see where the dogs are currently due to the safety of the dogs and to keep them calm), Yoda's Splash private pool, Chloe's Spaw grooming salon, Ruby Café MTL, Lola's Corner boutique, and the building's history. Everything is shown to you by a member of our Paw Crew team.
We're located at 3824 Rue Saint-Patrick, Montréal, QC H4E 1A4, in the Sud-Ouest neighbourhood, easily accessible from Griffintown, Downtown, Verdun, NDG, and Lachine, etc. Free parking is available on-site.
