To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for your dog and all other guests, please review the following requirements before booking:
- Do not feed your dog at least 2 hours before the session. Wait a minimum of 1 hour after the session before feeding.
- Ensure your dog has relieved themselves outside before entering the pool area.
- All dogs must be relatively clean, have well-trimmed nails, and be brushed before swimming — especially if shedding. Our groomers at Chloe’s Spaw can do nail trims on a walk-in basis or baths by appointment.
- If your dog has diarrhea, open wounds, or any infectious or contagious condition (ear, eye, or skin infections), the session must be postponed for the health of all dogs.
- If your dog defecates in the pool, please inform staff immediately so it can be properly cleaned. In the case of diarrhea, a $200 pool cleaning and disinfection fee will be charged.
- Pet parents are responsible for their dog’s safety and well-being in and around the pool at all times.
- Dogs must be properly dried after their swim to prevent illness. Use our DV Doggie towels and self-serve drying station. We recommend bringing extra towels for your car.
- Bring a dog jacket for colder months when leaving the facility.
- Owners must wear non-slip footwear and waterproof clothing for health and safety.
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened due to the next booking — the full session fee still applies.
- Dogs are not allowed to run around the pool area.
- The second dog from the same family receives 30% off. Proof of ownership required for both dogs.
